• The price and availability of the goods is shown on the relevant page detailing the goods. We will take all reasonable care when processing your order to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data when accessing or ordering from our website. We are pleased to accept payment via the website with the use of a PayPal, debit or credit card only. We take most major credit and debit cards. Each transaction is subject to authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. The web prices include VAT at 20% where applicable.

• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and coolers depicted on the website match as closely as possible to those of the actual product but due to technical limitations some colures may vary. We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and stock quantity of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable at the current rate unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Any information displayed on our website is updated regularly. The prices quoted on this Website apply only to products sold via this Website. Where the same products are available in our stores or via other stockiest different prices may apply.

• SECTION 5- Delivery

• We will make every effort to dispatch goods within 2-7 Days of placing the order. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that during the back to school period, parcels may take longer. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your goods we will notify you immediately by email letting you know when they will be dispatched. If we do not have everything in stock we will send the goods out to you as they come in to store, unless otherwise requested. As soon as you have taken delivery of the goods they become your responsibility in their entirety.

• SECTION 6- Ownership of Goods

  All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Rainbow Uniform until they have been paid for in full.

  
  

• SECTION 7- Your Right to Cancel

  If you are unhappy with some or all of your goods you may return any of them to us in accordance with our returns procedure . Please note that your right to return products does not apply to any products that fall into the following categories:

  Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order.

  Socks or tights that have been removed from their packaging

  under garments and mouth guards.

  Returned items must be in their original packing, unused conditions and be resalable.
